: • Fully support on Instrument sales team to implement daily operational request and business support• Collaboration with Sales team and other functional team on daily business order supporting, business-related process implementation• Support channel partners agreement process in system and other related channel process execution• Good communication with channel partners in handling partners’ daily request• Continue optimize on business related process to improve working efficiency.• Support on business report and help on sales team revenue, booking pacing tracking• Other sales operation related process build-up and follow up Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree required and/or equivalent experience• 3+ years of professional experience in sales operations, channel support, business administration or other related field• Basic knowledge with contract terms, conditions, Logistics, business• Good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both internal and external contacts• Expert in MS Excel, Word, Power Point Excellent verbal and written English is a plus
