Collaborate with the CEO to develop business strategies and lead the team in implementing them to achieve organizational goals.
Develop and implement effective operational strategies, including global business expansion, team management and growth, and the establishment of operational systems, in alignment with overall business objectives.
Gather and analyze market data, and share insights with the team and stakeholders to support business decisions.
Track and evaluate progress towards strategic goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates and reports to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Foster and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, senior executives, employees, customers, and partners, to drive business success.

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Over 10 years of team management experience, with an international perspective, and in a similar role (VP for Global Operations or COO).
Strong skills in data analysis, operations management, negotiation, and a quick learning ability.
Experience in direct hotel contracting/acquisition.
Professional experience in the hotel, travel, or hospitality industry, particularly within OTA or B2 B channels, is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
Must be located in China.
