In charge of daily administrative operation of Qingdao office and lead the team to provide overall administration service and support to the company to ensure the smooth business running. Be responsible for the team productivity and efficiency.
Build up local Admin competency in the offices, keep office operate in smooth. Review all Administration related procedures at least twice a year and update if necessary. Update and adjust files content and structures in public disk to make sure all information is useful and correct.
Provide guidance and offer professional advices to team to increase team CSI rating.
Responsible for the assigned Administration functions in Qingdao office according with the GC Administration policies and guidelines. Coordinate with other Admin. Staff to ensure the overall performance of the department.
Supporting the organization in terms of customer events and internal and external seminars in Qingdao office.
Responsible for local purchase where required
Requiements:
Bachelor's degree or above;
Administrative management experience is preferred;
Possess excellent organizational coordination skills, communication skills, and team spirit;
Possess good written communication skills;
Proficiency in English reading, writing, listening, and speaking;
Proficient in office software operation skills;
Work conscientiously, meticulously, with strong sense of responsibility and professionalism;
Possess strong learning ability and innovation capacity;
Possess good service awareness and confidentiality awareness.
