Job Description Curriculum Delivery : Plan and implement age-appropriate English lessons and activities that support language development in line with the kindergarten's curriculum.

Classroom Management : Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment, encouraging social and emotional development.

Language Development : Utilize various teaching methods (e.g., songs, stories, games) to enhance students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English.

Assessment and Reporting : Monitor and document students' progress, provide feedback to parents, and participate in parent-teacher conferences as needed.

Collaboration : Work closely with other kindergarten teachers and assistants to ensure an integrated and cohesive approach to early childhood education.

Professional Development : Engage in continuous professional learning and development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Health & Safety : Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times by adhering to the school’s health and safety guidelines.

Requirements Education : Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.

TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred.

Experience : Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in early childhood settings, preferably in international or bilingual kindergartens.

Language : Native or near-native English speaker.

Skills : Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Creative, energetic, and patient with a passion for working with young children.

Ability to adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs.
