- Onboarding and Training: Develop and implement onboarding programs and training sessions for employees on Sustainability and EHS policies.
- Integration of IT-tools: Collaborate with IT specialists to integrate sustainability and EHS-related tools and systems into the newly acquired business.
- External Assurance Support: Provide assistance in preparing for external assurance processes related to sustainability and EHS reporting.
- Group-Wide Reporting: Support the integration of the acquired business into group-wide Sustainability and EHS reporting processes
- Policy Roll-Out: Assist in the uptake of internal sustainability and EHS policies, including the execution of trainings.
- Compliance with Legislation: Support to ensure compliance with European reporting legislation, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and taxonomy requirements.
- Sustainability and EHS Goals: Contribute to the implementation of group-wide measures aimed at achieving group-wide sustainability & EHS goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, EHS, Sustainability, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant experience in sustainability and/or Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management
- Preferably experience in post-merger integration
- Preferably familiarity with sustainability reporting standards, and EHS regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, train, and collaborate with diverse teams
- Proficiency in using IT tools for data management and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret definitions and data
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in sustainability practices
