Develop personalized teaching plans to meet the learning needs and abilities of individual students.

Provide high-quality teaching guidance to inspire students' interest in learning and academic enthusiasm.

Regularly assess students' learning progress and communicate with parents and school management to devise strategies for improving student performance.

Participate in school-related teaching activities and professional development training to continuously enhance teaching proficiency and professional competence.

Requirements Two or more years of teaching experience in A Level with a track record of excellent student performance.

Relevant major, Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Education, related disciplines, or Educational Psychology.

Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, capable of building good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Experience in coaching high-profile international competitions, able to provide professional competition guidance and coaching for students.

Demonstrated innovative teaching skills and subject expertise, able to guide students to achieve outstanding achievements in general subject areas.

Requirements Required Qualifications ● Master’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.

● Administrative experience in an IB World School, preferably in a PYP environment.

● Proven track record of successful school leadership and team management.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong commitment to inclusive education and diversity.

● Experience in an international school setting.

Employment Conditions ● This position may require occasional weekend and evening hours.

● The Principal is expected to be visible in school events.
