To drive this digital journey, we wish to strengthen our APAC Regional HR Team in Suzhou / China with a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist, who will be ready for the the following challenges: Ensuring support of implemented functionalities and tools: handling tickets, solving incidents and escalation to Functional or Regional Lead when necessary Playing a key role in the support organization on the regional and global levels Understanding the system capabilities and the configuration options of SAP Success Factors across various modules, as well as other digital tools supporting processes such as Talent Acquisition and Learning Monitoring, developing and facilitating data quality in the organization Staying in close contact with local HR responsibles and improving HRIS capabilities region-wide.
Participating in all phases of upcoming projects on both Regional and Global level, when required: design, configuration, testing (incl.
development of scenarios), preparation of training and support Taking ownership for the drive and further development of an Document Management Responsible for development and support of reporting capabilities Qualifications Bachelor degree in IT, HRIS, or equivalent At least 3 years' experience in a similar support function, with knowledge in SAP Success Factors, other tools a plus Flexible, a quick learner, with a solutions-oriented attitude Outstanding customer service orientation International mindset and experience in working with foreigners Proven interpersonal and communication skills Team player and proactive Capable of performing multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficient at MS Office, with Power BI, Tabeleau or other reporting and analysis tools a plus Excellent oral and written English skills, any other Asia Pacific languages a plus Additional Information Trust is the most important thing for us.
