QualificationsA minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in large capacity of hotels or restaurants with 3 years in a same capacity.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with strong initiatives to interact with guests and team members.Sound knowledge of cost control and menu engineering with high creativity.Knowledge of HACCP systems with strong hygiene knowledge is an advantage.A proven record in operating a sizable cuisine with a diversity of food stations and strong food wastage management.Good command of written and spoken English.Innovative, profit-oriented and strong sense in business acumen
