Job title: Trade Zone Director-North About the job Main responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans for distribution management within the North regions, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.

Implement annual commercial strategies and policies for the North regions to support the business plan and contribute to the overall trade goals.

Monitor and analyze business performance metrics for key distributors/accounts, make data-driven decisions, and adjust account strategies and operational processes as needed.

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key distributors and customers to support business growth and market penetration.

Engage with external stakeholders, including relevant authorities and associations & key distributors, to support access activities such as bidding and hospital listings within the North regions.

Lead and manage the team, providing mentorship and driving capability building within the North regions.

Communicate results and follow-ups effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and provide regular updates to the National Trade Head on the progress and performance of key accounts.

About you Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical trade management Soft skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Good capacity in organization and management; Honesty, integrity, Diligence and attention to details; Professional skills and working styles; Strategy thinking Handle opportunities and key result areas; Technical skills: Strong leadership and organization management skills; Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities Abilities of analyzing and solving problems; Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
