Guide assistants in the effective utilization of tools for candidate searching and screening in a methodical manner, accurately communicate clients' recruitment requirements, conduct candidate interviews and assessments, and identify suitable candidates.
Deliver professional, standardized, and systematic talent recommendation reports to clients, facilitate and encourage subsequent interviews arranged by clients, and provide prompt feedback regarding interview outcomes.
Conduct thorough candidate background checks, assist in salary negotiations, and offer follow-up services, while managing the relationship between clients and selected candidates, and paying attention to the career progression of the hired individuals.
Engage in follow-up visits and after-sales services for both clients and placed candidates, continuously building a network of mid-to-high-level talent.
Requirements Job Requirements: A full-time undergraduate degree or higher, with no restrictions on the field of study.
Experience as a headhunter consultant is required; candidates with a background in recruitment or sales will be given preference.
