What you´ll do
- Be responsible
for the overall strategy, innovation portfolio and future direction, focusing on Accessories cluster including wireless headphone, phone cases, cable,
connector, charging accessories, etc., with the potential to expand to
other adjacent areas. - Define and
drive business plans for the assigned cluster, including building business case and defining clear product value proposition, requirements, timelines, and pricing plans;
propose and communicate focus/defocus area with resource implication in
annual GTM process. - Ensure innovation project (ADP) pipeline align with cluster strategy; track top project progress
for key milestones, flag issues, challenge status-quo and drive decisions
to keep pipeline efficient and on the right track. - Visit
customers, attend industry conferences, and meet with third party partners
on a regular basis to maintain market understanding and develop key
relationships. - Provide guidance to the respective teams pertaining to the segment strategy and tactics, target applications with adequate training and presentation materials.
- Develop
technology / product roadmaps with cross-functional teams to capture future growth
and sustain market segment growth. - Provide input
to the marketing communications team on the commercialization of new
products and segment specific promotional efforts. - Provide regular
reports on the performance of the segment/cluster or
ad-hoc new market study during leadership meetings, and to senior management as needed. - Closely monitor competitor situation and form
competitive strategy and enable execution.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or Business.
- Experienced in a multinational environment with 5+ years of relevant business experience in material industry targeting electronics industry.
- Strong stakeholder management as well as excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to convince on different management level up to senior management.
- Strong critical thinking and analytics skills for decision making to realize measurable results.
- Well-developed change management skills as well as project execution.
- Experience in working in a large, matrixed organization with international focus.
- MBA preferred.
