Overview To better guide and ensure the brand campaign end to end landing from the terminal channal and maximize media resources conversation.

With the emerging of the omni channel, regional difference, brand status difference by MU, pioit markets for innovation, the growthing opportunities to directly convert online traffic to traditional offline channel to perfectly land media to shelf program.

Due to above biz needs & evolving, we need to add an additional senior position lead the strategic focus and priority: Lead national plus MU specific ativations based on brand importance and relevancy by region to drive priority setting and strategies Support bottlers on channel planning and execution of marketing campaign, new product pilot etc.

and E2 E playbook development Plan and execute national PEP lead E2 E program execution, leveraging partnership with mega social/payment platforms: Wechat, Ali pay Explore and initiate pilot new model of E2 E program (media to offline shelf) on existing and emerging mega platforms: Wechat/Ali/Douyin/Kuaishou … etc Responsibilities Annual ZBB(Zero Based Budget) plan and quarterly review to ensure spending efficiency and lead the strategic focus in calenadar prioties.

Cooperation with brand team to develop cateogy AOP E2 E program (by brand / by campaign) to support key brand campaign effective and efficient ‘media to shelf’ landing Develop quartly playbook for E2 E program by brand/by channel and in-store vision of success for the category and brands in each channel.

Support its implementation and continuously review the effectivenesss of store actions with Bottlers.

Lead execution of PEP led E2 E programs, communicate with bottler HQ and MUs to align on E2 E program execution target/timeline, including participation markets/store No.

sales target etc and track on exueciton progress, including channel sell in on-time, customer promotion window lock-down, instore display, etc Coordinate with brand team, media team and E2 E digital platform on ATL(Above the line) execution Explore and initiate pilot new model of E2 E program (media to offline shelf) on existing and emerging mega platforms: Wechat/Ali/Douyin/Kuaishou … etc Work with shopper insight team and pilot with MUs to provide in-store brand communication execution excllenece guideline Qualifications Strong analytical, strategic and logical thinking skills Strong leadership, esp.

lead cross functional work Skilful communication and collaborate skills to help coordinate multiple stakeholders points of view drive for actions Bachelor and above Strong self-motivation to explore new formats opportunity and build from 0 to 1 business model Ownership, agility, fast learning, fast iteration
