Dare to make an impact? YOUR ROLE Development and implementation of customer activation strategies: Responsible for localizing and executing marketing plans to strengthen the brand image and increase sales in the APAC region.
Brand communication: Develop advertising campaigns across the different offline and online touchpoints to increase brand awareness and maintain the brand image.
Content creation: localize and generate content relevant for the industrial market segments and market needs.
Lead and further develop the event management of the region.
Collaboration with agencies: Work with advertising agencies, and other service providers to develop and implement communication campaigns.
Performance measurement: Analyze the success of marketing activities based on KPIs such as increased sales, market share gain, or brand awareness.
Budget management: Responsible for managing the marketing budget and ensuring that resources are effectively utilized.
YOUR SKILLS Master's degree in economics, international business or similar, ideally with a focus on marketing or communications.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the area of marketing or corporate communications, brand management or similar roles.
Solid understanding in B2 B marketing and customer journey.
Creativity and a spirit of innovation are among your strengths.
Strong experience in executing complex and global projects and activation campaigns and practical experience in event management/execution.
Digital marketing skills B2 B approaches via different platforms and tools.
Visual and written content creation.
Commercially mindset.
In-depth knowledge of MS Office.
An above-average degree of independence and ability to work in a global team set up.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
