About this Position
- Manage the business plan of distributors and retail outlets in the responsible area according to the company's requirements and build long-term win-win relationships.
What you´ll do
- Manage responsible dealers and customers according to the company's requirements and maintain good customer relations.
- Plan and execute business plans for dealers and retail outlets (including but not limited to P&L management, investment and promotion programs, etc.).
- Manage distributor and customer contracts, terms of trade, and develop JBP programs.
- Implement the channel and category plans developed by the channel strategy department in the responsible channels and outlets.
What makes you a good fit
- College and above.
- 3-5 years related working experience in FMCG industry.
- Good data analysis skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiar with industry retail system operation.
