Job Responsibilities• Responds to global Marcom department plans and implements regional level marketing communication activities as required.• Coordinate with sales/digital marketing/product marketing departments to plan and execute marketing activities for business development and product technology promotion.• According to the business demand and market trend, plan the corresponding marketing program, develop and make the corresponding marketing tools and marketing materials.• Seek and manage external suppliers to support Marcom activities according according to business and marketing requirements.• Other tasks assigned by the department leader Background & Skills• At least 5 years industrial B2 B marketing experience, major of Journalism, Chinese Language and Literature, Communication, Advertising or Marketing with refrigeration or mechanical industry background is preferred• Bachelor’s degree or above• Excellent written/oral (English and Chinese) skills• Strong learning ability and self-motivation• High sense of action and purpose, ability to break out of old patterns• High flexibility and ability to deal with emergencies• The job requires frequent travel（1/3-1/2 of working time）
