Technical Service Representative
Huntsman Polyurethanes division is looking for a TSR.
This role will provide in site and on site technical support for rigids business such as Panel, Pipe composite and other applications.
Location: Minhang, Shanghai
As the TSR, you will:
Work with sales closely for the customers promotion Focus on the basic research of new raw materials evaluation Develop PU coating system for insulation Identify the potential opportunities with the guidance of the responsible sales Fully complies with HPU policy and Local EHS regulation Maintains and optimizes the innovation portfolio for Rigids Identifies customer’s activities and needs Develops the products as the marketing requirements Provides technical support/training for the key customers and distributors (Pipe and Panel business) Provides product/technical introduction to new customers Ensures the customer understanding HPU product portfolio Conduct the trials and pilot production for the customers Provides technical solution and develop the products as customer’s requirements Communicates with customer to identify the trials and follows the feedback Handles the complains / trouble shooting: Provides trouble shooting timely and effectively; Work with sales, R&D, customer service and QA to resolve customer complaints timely and effectively Market Intelligence: collects up-to-date market intelligence from relevant industries, the customers and the competition regularly Skills and experiences required:
Education:
Minimum bachelor degree of polymer science
Experiences:
At least 1- 2 years polymer related technical experience. The experience in PU Coating is optimal.
