Co-work with Marketing\Region Sales\KA\Supply\Fin to achieve the growth target and optimize the spending.

Lead the category distribution strategy by channel, including the Assortment\MSL\PPA\Price etc.

Responsible for the NPD launch, including market study\channel plan\price and display etc.

Responsible for the promotion, including activities design\the spending control\the KPI setting and tracking\the results review and improve, also co-work with Region and KA team to improve the tailor made efficient.

Lead the display program to ensure the display with assigned cost.
