You will be responsible for:
• Paid Creatives & Messaging Planning and Production:
❏ Manage and improve all qualitative aspects of paid channel ads: ad content / creative template design / messaging;
❏ Integrate different paid channels / ad formats with overall country branding communication roadmap and user lifecycle journeys to build best practices for every single creative element
❏ Develop and safeguard content production SOP from template design to channel output
•Content Marketing for User Operation Mechanics:
❏ Design onsite and offsite content strategies for user growth products and promotion mechanism to create user awareness and drive adoption
❏ Create engaging creatives that can be repurposed for local markets
• Communication Strategy:
❏ Design communication strategy for growth products to maximise the impact of onsite promotion mechanism across paid channels
❏ Strong pulse on APAC marketing trends, media channel browsing behaviour and user demographics to design the most effective ways of story telling style / format / design
Innovation and Growth:
❏ Bring paid channels to its full potential by testing the latest products and features
❏ Always challenge the status quo and suggest ideas for A/B & multivariate testing. Work closely with channel specialist to plan test, track test results and build up learning library
