About the role: We have recently expanded Geomiq and established a new Quality Hub in China, Shenzhen.
This is to support our manufacturers in China by delivering products efficiently and ensuring that our quality checks are conducted in a timely and effective manner.
We are currently seeking a proven and passionate individual who is eager to develop their career in a Quality Control role within the technology and engineering industry.
Main Responsibilities Manage end-to-end logistics operations for custom-manufactured parts, including inbound and outbound shipments.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers , and delivery partners to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
Monitor and optimize inventory levels , ensuring accurate tracking and restocking of materials and finished products.
Develop and execute shipping schedules, ensuring compliance with customer deadlines and requirements.
Oversee packaging and labelling processes for products to meet internal standards and client specifications.
Implement and maintain documentation related to shipping, customs, and transportation compliance.
Identify and address logistical challenges , providing solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Maintain records of shipment costs, delivery timelines, and carrier performance for analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, customer service, and production) to align logistics operations with business objectives.
Support the implementation of process improvements for better cost management and streamlined workflows.
Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management , Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
2 - 3 years of experience with logistics processes in a manufacturing or e-commerce environment.
Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and vendors globally.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
Fluent in English and Mandarin Desired experience: Knowledge of shipping and customs regulations, especially for international shipments.
Experience with ERP systems , inventory management tools, or logistics software.
Background in managing packaging, warehousing , or distribution processes.
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
