概述 As an important member of the Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology Division (BNSM) Sales Team, the Regional Product Marketing Manager (RPMM) will conduct all business development and product marketing activities in China for our automated AFM (Atomic Force Microscope) products.

The position is preferably located in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, or other locations (if necessary).

The RPMM will work closely with the sales account managers, application engineers, and product marketing managers in BU to actively build up and expand our sales funnels.

Bruker AFM, X-Ray, optical metrology, and photomask repair products are used in a wide range of applications within the largest semiconductor manufacturers in the world.

Our customers’ reputations and success depend on our passion for solving their most complex measurement problems.

This individual must be a proven semiconductor professional with demonstrated experience in developing business, exceeding quota, leading key account penetration activities, and selling complex solutions to engineering, manufacturing, and development teams.

职责 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Increase market share in China for our AAFM products in semiconductor sector.

Meet or exceed all quarterly objectives for assigned tasks.

Act as interface between the AAFM BU and local team (incl.

sales, apps, service, and Marcom), and work closely with the whole team to assure the highest level of customer engagement and satisfaction.

Analyze market trends in China, develop and track new sales leads, address their needs, and communicate back to BU and local team.

Identify and prioritize in participating and sponsoring industry events (., trade shows, symposiums, summits, and seminars).

Lead new product release and promotions for AAFM within assigned semiconductor key accounts and territory.

Develop a strong understanding of competitive technologies and products in AAFM.

Become part of a high-performance team environment within Bruker, driven by winning.

Develop detailed knowledge of the customer base within the territory, and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, provide regular updates to regional leadership and BU.

Evaluate and champion emerging and strategic accounts for Bruker’s Semiconductor products.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilize and improve AAFM demo capabilities in China to maximize Bruker visibilities and shorten demo lead-time.

Establish and manage relationships with cross functional departments within Bruker for new leads, product release and promotions, etc.

Use as a leads tracking and forecasting tool.

Travel requirements are approximately 50-70% of the work time.

资质 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Prior experience in semiconductor industry is a must.

Positive “can do” attitude, a highly motivated self-starter.

Prefers to work in a performance-driven environment.

Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface with internal and external customers and support groups within Bruker.

Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Goal oriented with a good track record in achieving sales targets.

Solid understanding of semiconductor metrology requirements Strong technical background – able to understand the problems that our customers are trying to solve, understand our customers’ current and future metrology requirements, and able to recommend new metrology opportunities to Bruker.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or above with a minimum of 5 years work experience in a multi-tiered, technical selling environment, including but not limited to the selling of both software and hardware products.
