The Management Information (MI) Developer will be responsible for designing and developing a range of daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and reports across multiple client engagements. This role involves analyzing data to assess operations performance and collaborating with operational teams to proactively identify required performance reports and trends.
Key responsibilities include
- Working closely with Operations stakeholders to implement structured data and MI solutions that enable informed decision-making.
- Initiating and managing MI-related projects, providing project management and solution design as needed.
- Conducting impact analysis of proposed changes and presenting findings to the Head of MI for discussion.
- Investigating data integrity issues and MI-related incidents, and coordinating with IT for resolution timelines and user workarounds.
- Proactively communicating with key stakeholders on task/project progress and managing their expectations.
- Ensuring adherence to Data Governance principles and conducting process checks to maintain data integrity.
Roles and Responsibilities

Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an MI development/design role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel (Power BI, Power Query, VBA).
- Knowledge of MI design principles and concepts, with experience using SQL, SSRS, SSMS, Microsoft Office, or other data mining tools.
- Advanced knowledge of data ETL and database structures.
- Good understanding of data architecture and standard development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to interact directly with clients on reporting matters.
- Demonstrable track record of successfully working within a Management Information team in an operations environment.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively, displaying strong stakeholder management skills and maintaining internal networks.
