Our growing and dynamic agency is now looking for a Senior Manager to join our Client Services team covering client relationships and integrated project work across the Asia-Pacific region. You are a leader who always works closely with your team – a coach and team player. What a day in the life will look like: You will oversee & execute projects, manage client budgets of varying sizes and scopes, and will work closely with colleagues in the Client Services, Production, Strategy, Creative, and Digital Departments to deliver and execute flawless and successful programmes. Throughout the day you will: Flexibly be able to work across offline & online event production, content, social, influencer, strategy development, and marketing campaign delivery as required. Oversee & execute all facets of pre-production, project execution (inclusive of onsite management), and post-project close-out.
This includes: Lead internal and project managements with confidence, authority, and high level of detailed organisation. Venue & vendor research, outreach, negotiation, and management including agreements & contracts. Manage and sign off project documents including internal project timeline, work back schedule, venue decks, budgets, site plans, production schedule, and contact list. Build, manage, and be accountable for complex event budgets, from concept to reconciliation, ensuring profitability. Confirm permitting requirements and timelines. Ensure production processes are being followed. Oversee project teams and junior staff as required. Execute experientially driven events including managing client expectations on site. Travel nationally and internationally as dictated by the event location and needs. Managing day-to-day client relationships including profitability, best practices and organic growth. Develop insight-driven, channel-agnostic BIG ideas that pay off client briefs that drive awareness, engagement, earned attention and sales. Manage the creative strategy process from start to finish, working with and integrating all BMF offerings across the company Serve as chief storyteller with the ability to create a verbal visualization of concepts and marketing strategies Write outlines in google docs, architect decks in keynote, and write consumer facing copy Work with agency counterparts to develop strategies for integrated programs Develop creative and strategic winning programs for new and existing clients Ensure integrated proposals are aligned to the overall strategy Mentoring and participating in professional development of junior staff. Handling day-to-day client needs providing necessary information to all internal and external teams (i.e.
production, design, talent, agencies, etc.). Actively participating in and helping drive brainstorm sessions for RFPs. Corporate expense report and internal systems updates. Requirements You must have: 8+ years’ experience in client management and/or integrated marketing roles, managing budgets to $1million++. Experience overseeing and supervising teams Experience in ideating and driving integrated strategies Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels Strong leadership and managerial skills. Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment. Strong vendor relationships and negotiation skills. Aptitude to be a hands-on manager willing to roll-up their sleeves and get the job done. Personality and desire to bring positive energy to the workplace. Solid budgeting experience; building and managing budget. Organized, self-starter, team player.
Excellent communication skills, including listening, writing, negotiation, and presentations. Proficiency in Excel and Keynote. Strong regional experience and knowledge across key major markets in Asia-Pacific. Bachelor’s degree required.
