Claims Services, Solution Architect / Automation Engineer (1-Year Contract) Post Date : 2026/01/15 Expiry Date : Nil Location : China Job Type : Contract About the role - You will join the Claims function as an Automation Engineer, participating in claims transformation. Your primary focus will be building business rules management system and applying various automation tools to enhance our automation capability, claims service level and customer experience.
- Develop and implement business process automation tools
- Work with product owners, project team and stakeholders to determine new features and business rules
- Participate in code reviews with peers and manager to ensure all standard resource libraries and architecture patterns are appropriate
- Create or update documentation in support of development, which may include detailed specifications and architecture diagrams
- Take part in Intelligent Automation projects What we're looking for
- Degree in Engineering / Computer Science/ Information Technology and / or relevant disciplines
- Sounds knowledge and experience about Azure technologies and Power platform is essential
- 2+ years working experience related to business process automation, business process analysis and/or software development experience with any programming language
- Good knowledge of software development processes and methods
- Proficiency in using Python is a must
- Any prior knowledge of RPA tools, API, JAVA, and Python GUI Programming is an added advantage
- Good analytical mind, self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
