Roles & Responsibilities Main Responsibilities: Proficient in using TRIBON or AM 3 D design software, responsible for the design of structural professional schemes (cooperating with turbines, ventilation, electrical and other disciplines to arrange the main channels), and coordinate with other disciplines to optimize the layout; Collaborate with the overall discipline to complete the overall layout; Responsible for reducing the comprehensive cost of professional design and production from the design perspective through selection, unpacking, optimization of processes and processes; Responsible for communicating with customers on technical issues of structural professions; Responsible for incorporating downstream information into the scheme during the pre-contract scheme design stage; leading the preparation of detailed construction schemes based on different construction sites and production facilities.

Assist the pre-contract project manager in preparing the project construction plan; Responsible for delivering information to downstream after the contract until the project is delivered, and applying the experience in contract execution to the pre-contract scheme design of subsequent projects; On-site technical support, finalize the design scheme on the spot according to the actual construction situation on site.

Requirements: At least a Bachelor’s degree in shipbuilding and marine engineering More than 8 years of structural design experience, experience in FPSO transformation projects, and experience as a supervisor of structural professionals is preferred; Clinker operation TRIBON or AM software, with software database management experience is preferred; Familiar with the specifications of at least one commonly used international classification society, familiar with commonly used international conventions such as SOLAS, and able to complete detailed design or production design related to structures; Familiar with the key points of international mainstream structural design; Able to translate, read and understand English materials independently, and can conduct daily technical exchanges in English; Understand downstream design, technology, and production processes, and be able to reach consensus; Understand parallel majors and be able to collaborate to complete scheme design; On-site technical support experience.
