Make concrete portfolio activities plan based on HCPs ’ insights Project and budget management Preparate market activities application and execution in the field.
Track and monitor activities execution progress, identify the compliance risks and control the risks Ensure PV/Safety management and self-check regularly.
Budge management of relevant projects plan and tracking External vendor management Sales engagement and internal collaboration Lead and implement internal meetings, eg.
Cycle meetings, quarterly meetings, compliance training, etc.
Facilitate Sales/MKT capability development project execution Facilitate internal meetings with Global/IO and other cross functions The requirements: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong collaboration with external/internal stakeholders with a good compliance mindset.
Fluent in English.
