We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Technical Specialist to join our elite R& D team — someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys solving cross-domain technical puzzles, and is driven to build robust and scalable systems across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the go-to expert across Java backend, Python services, Android, i OS, H5, and QA teams — identifying and resolving cross-platform integration bottlenecks such as API inconsistencies, version conflicts, or data integrity issues.
• Break down ambiguous, recurring, or high-impact technical issues — from app crashes to third-party API failures — and provide clear root cause analysis and actionable solutions.
• Systematically extract patterns from high-frequency problems and develop standardized toolkits, such as interface mocking strategies, cross-end collaboration protocols, and log analysis templates.
• Mentor and uplift junior developers by sharing debugging techniques, architectural insights, and process documentation that improve engineering maturity across the team.
• Proactively identify architecture risks and design flaws in multi-end integrations, offering scalable design alternatives and preventive suggestions.
• Act as a "technical firefighter" in urgent scenarios — remain calm under pressure and apply a structured methodology to restore systems and prevent regression.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Java development with strong backend architectural design skills; experienced with Spring / Spring Boot, and capable of optimizing complex business logic.
• Familiarity with i OS (Objective-C/Swift), Android (Kotlin), H5, or hybrid frameworks like React Native, with the ability to read and debug multi-end codebases.
• Solid hands-on knowledge of HTTP/RESTful APIs, Web View-hybrid communication, version control strategies, and a solid track record in interface mocking, consistency management, and test design.
• Proven experience in knowledge modularization and documentation; able to produce high-quality internal manuals and standards that support team scaling.
• Strong logical thinking, proactive problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative spirit — able to drive consensus across multiple teams and lead the implementation of shared solutions.
