China as our most important market is pushing these technologies as enabler for future mobility.

While series production of our NEVs (New Energy Vehicles) will soon be running under full steam, new products and functionalities need to be developed.

Real Time Monitoring function was developed and equipped in NEV cars according to MIIT’s rules and GB/T national standard, RTM data to be archived by OEM and provided to government, vehicle operation to be monitored by OEM until end of vehicle life.

RTM system, incl.

on-board network, components and backend system will be continuous developed and optimized for adapting in prospective carline platform (MBOS) and fulfilling different requirement of national and local city standard.

This means you will: Taking the lead role in defining overall Real-time-monitoring function system requirement incl.

new features, change request and KPIs, tracking and ensuring the function development reach target with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the BEV/PHEV’s market launch.

Leading Real-Time-Monitoring System Development and optimization activities for the affected carlines.

Leading Real-Time-Monitoring Concept definition and solution seeking Systematically from e Drive architecture System, HV system and even within overall EE architecture in STAR3/STAR platform including MB.

OS1.0/2.0. Coaching RTM team member in the System development incl.

defining System Specification, Effect Chain Diagram Modelling, NCD change and development plan.

Qualifikationen Qualification: Master’s degree or above, major in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, automation engineering or a relevant major.

Experience: More than 3 years of working experience in MB related to E/E system or component development, validation, and release; RTM function related experience is preferred.

Working Experience of function/Service development, backend development in MB is preferred.

Specific knowledge Chinese native speaker with fluent English language skills, German language beneficial.

Good understanding on overall vehicle E/E architecture, especially on e Drive E/E architecture.

Good understanding on MIC/backend development as beneficial.

Familiar with the MBD development process, have a full understanding of E/E System and ECU software development process, and have a certain functional safety and information security foundation.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, facilitating seamless interaction with cross-functional teams and with various hierarchy levels, stakeholders, and customers in technically comprehensive terms.

Communication skills with various hierarchy levels and different cultural background.

Project management skills to manage cross functional teams for RTM System development, testing and homologation.
