When combined with our PACMotionTM servo and VFD technology we are able to offer high end machine control solutionsJob ResponsibilitiesThe most critical job tasks and areas of accountability for the position are: Put customers first and help them solve their challenges Provide technical start-up support for new customers, Creation of product and solution demo’s Presenting technical workshops to customers, Presenting informal and formal training courses Performing plant tours and site inspections Writing software code for proof of concepts On site emergency technical support Creating Bill of Materials and System Architectures, Writing technical articles or application notes Logging and tracking of technical support cases Design, assemble, test and simulate systems to identify and resolve reported product issues Conducting project pre-research, providing requirement analysis, and making preliminary upper computer solutions Building the screen framework, developing graphic control, testing communication, debugging, and writing technical documents for the SCADA system during the project implementation phase Coordinating with other systems on communication interface solutions Supporting and participating in project after-sales maintenance and transformation debugging. Basic Qualifications The candidate will have completed studies in either Control Systems / Computer Science / IT / Computer Programming.Engineering Degree – BTechEng / BEng / BSc / BScEng Technical College Diploma or Advanced DiplomaApproximately 5 years of experience in a software and solutions role.Growing in the software and software projects business is the key focus of this role.
