Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Lead the Business Reporting team to support the senior leadership drive data based decision making across key meetings and business milestones Support GCA strategy execution through strong data analysis, business inferences and fact based approach Key Responsibilities: Planning Lead the process of structuring key commercial MD relevant meetings – Including business performance reviews across channels, categories and support functions Drive decision making with execution of the MD meeting cadence – including setting up the template & collaborating cross functionally Development and maintenance of GCA key KPI database Reporting Supervise and support data analysis / reporting (regular and ad hoc) to meet cross-functional requirements Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly / weekly and adhoc MD led meetings Connect the dots across cross functional teams with data led inferences, identifying root causes and tracking key action follow ups Collect and synthesize data from existing systems and sources Translate data and analysis of commercial results into concrete implications and recommendations to the SLT Track and report performance KPIs with regular cadence with the SLT People Management Supervise direct reports and project team members (as required) Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with data providers and report users throughout the organization Work with commercial functions to drive action based on data led decision making approach Others Special projects: Engage on other major cross-functional projects esp. with Strategic planning and PMO teams (as required) KPI: Timely delivery of commercial MD relevant meeting documents Data reporting execution (accurate and timely analysis) Data reporting enhancement (relevance of analysis, translating data into insights) Impact on organization’s decision-making Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Competencies / Attributes Excellent analysis skills Excellent organizational skills Great communication & interpersonal skills Detailed focused Service oriented Team player Able to multi-task High degree of commercial and business acumen Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of general business experience – including extensive experience in a data analytics function Experience with a global consumer goods brand, modern retailer, or market research firm Experience in working closely with senior managers across functions University degree or above MBA or advanced degree in relevant field (preferred) Strong communication skills Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
