Contribute to the vision, strategy, prioritization, and execution of product features for Lotus Flare’s software stackLead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative productsManage technical software products from kick-off to launchTurn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into action plansDrive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designersIntegrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfactionPartner with other cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and customer success Analyze and monitor qualitative and quantitative data to develop the most remarkable user experienceDefine core metrics that measure the drivers of the businessRequirements:
5+ years of previous experience in product management or software development in telecom domainAble to discuss and work closely with engineers on high-level technical design and architecture3+ years of working in an Enterprise software company is preferredKnowledge and experience in telecom BSS products is a mustKnowledge and experience with at least three of TM Forum standards/frameworks (Information Framework, Process Framework, Open APIs, Open Digital Architecture).Valid TM Forum certification is not a must but preferred.Knowledge and 3+ years experience with either one: Product Catalog, Pricing, Order Management with at least 1 completed customer project or 1 completed product development.Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholdersAble to effectively synthesize disparate quantitative and qualitative data sets to quickly make data-driven decisionsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or similarMust have skills:
