JOB SUMMARY: Maximize Residents' satisfaction by serving them in an efficient and responsible manner that meets their needs.
Assist Shift Lead and Supervisor to work on the daily operations of all areas of the Service Center.
Process complaints, inquiries, and requests of Residents.
Handle the document and data analysis for Service Center business area.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Process all services of the Service Center business area (including but not limited to U-Library, Community Club, TMH Central Plaza business area, and external Shuttle Bus), daily operations, and maintenance.
Ensure the work area is kept clean, and maintain and manage all facilities in the work area. Process reservations, assign rooms, and perform room control for incoming Residents.
Process check-in and check-out procedures and other assigned duties.
Set up corresponding lock permissions for Residents' badges.
In exceptional cases, help record and deposit personal belongings at the Service Center for Residents who cannot take their belongings with them.
Help Residents register their residency in accordance with special requirements of the police.
Ensure the accuracy of the personal information of Residents.
Responsible for all Service Center cashier duties, verify the monthly bills and process the daily accounts, and ensure the accuracy of the accounts.
Maintain high-standard conditions of the furniture and equipment in the work area, and send maintenance orders to Technical Service Team of the property for repairs if necessary.
Be alert to environment, health and safety hazards in the work environment.
Process and follow up the business-related issues and complaints raised by team members in the TM Housing Support in a timely and effective manner.
Interact with Residents and provide explanation for facilities and services.
Process requests and complaints of Residents and promptly report unresolvable complaints to Service Center Shift Lead.
Responsible for routine reception, book management, and inventory at the U-Library.
Participate in TMH event planning, collection and compilation of related data, and analysis tasks.
Regularly inspect and ensure food sanitation and safety, food quality, and management of incoming materials and inventory records in TMH Central Plaza area.
Analyze the operations of each line and establish corrective measures, supervise and check vehicles, and ensure the compliance of drivers' information.
Ensure compliance with property rules and regulations and comply with the disciplinary instructions specified in the Employee Handbook.
Follow up on other assigned duties.
QUALIFICATIONS: College or above with vocational training on Hotel Front Desk, restaurant operation, shuttle bus operation or club operation is preferred. Skills in music, painting, photography or video editing is preferred.
Pleasant personality, fluent in English and knowledge on personal computer.
Good command of Word, Excel, Power Point and Property Management System.
Familiar with service standards of operation.
EDUCATION: College degree or above.
