Job Summary
During the opening, operation and closure of the park, strictly implement the shuttle operation standards, to provide quality travel experience for team members and visitors, to ensure smooth drive-way and orderly parking.
Major Responsibilities
Understand and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UBR policy, procedures training and Team Member involvement activities.
Follow the service concept of "Universal Way”, warmly welcome guests who need shuttle services, and provide a safe and considerate service experience.
Direct arriving/departing shuttle bus to appropriate stations and parking spaces and manages, dispatches and controls traffic.
Ensure a proper Team Members and guests flow to shuttle bus and ensure that there are no passengers stranded in the designated area.
Guide guests to ensure flow is smooth and guests walk in an orderly manner. Real-time observation and offer guests guidance and inquiry services.
Cooperate closely with internal and external related functional department (eg. Traffic/Police etc.), guide vehicles/guests and ease traffic flow.
Daily inspection of specific working area (Shuttle bus/station, etc.) , cleaning and maintenance of relevant areas/vehicles/materials within the department.
Correctly and clearly complete the relevant work reports.
Other assigned work.
Qualifications
25-45 years of age;
Regular features, neat appearance, no tattoo, height 160cm above;
Fluent in standard Mandarin, good sense of service and good communication skills;
1-3 year, relevant working experienced preferred;
Adaptable to shift work and holiday work mode.
Education
High School degree or above.
