Dare to make an impact? YOUR ROLE Executes assigned new product development projects including conceptualization, validations, development and implementation and closely monitors launch performance and seek optimization opportunity.

Develops campaign big idea and corresponding assets, cascading to different channels to ensure execution consistency.

Analyzes market & consumer data and taking necessary actions with a proactive approach.

Provides overall scalp line related marketing support.

YOUR ROLE CAN OFFER YOU Development in MKT core capabilities.

Multi-channel mixed practice.

End2 End brand management experience.

YOUR SKILLS 2-3 years’ MKT experience, ideally with NPD experience.

Bachelor's degree or above, MKT/ business major preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong project management skill for I&R.

A passion for branding and marketing, with a keen eye for detail and trends.

Proficient in English, with excellent writing skills.
