Conduct business requirement analysis for ERP surrounding applications (GSP, WMS, etc.).

Transfer business requirements to system requirements and explain/clarify to vendors in ERP surrounding application projects or enhancements.

Take on the position of IT project coordinator and effectively guide vendors and internal business teams in ERP surrounding application projects.

Provide daily IT operation support on ERP surrounding applications.

Deliver regular system training to business users.

Backup the SAP team BA by providing daily SAP ticket support when necessary.

Requirements Demonstrable experience in business requirement analysis and IT project management.

Good ability to transfer and clarify business requirements into system requirements.

Exceptional leadership skills to successfully implement and determine project goals.

Competent in providing daily IT operation support and regular system training.

Ability to support SAP team BA in daily ticket support when needed.

Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with diverse teams.
