Job Description About the role As a Business Analyst at Third Bridge, you will need to have the expertise to develop business analyst processes and facilitate the definition and delivery of requirements.

Business Analysts at Third Bridge have a deep understanding of the company's business processes as well as the challenges faced by customers.

They play a crucial role in ensuring that the solutions delivered effectively address these challenges.

This includes taking ownership of implementing product initiatives, translating product and feature requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria, and conducting feature acceptance to ensure accurate implementation.

  Responsibilities The successful candidate will: Becoming an expert in Third Bridge systems and business processes Collaborating with Product Managers, UI/UX, and Architects to support the creation of PRDs, reviewing solution alternatives and approving requirements Supporting Delivery Managers to pull work to Delivery Teams and identifying and coordinating dependencies between teams Owning Delivery Team backlogs, including: Analysing high-level requirements from Product Managers and breaking them into epics and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria Drafting release plans Facilitating the prioritisation, refinement and estimation of backlog items in cooperation with Engineering, QA, Architecture, and Design Closing epics when all related stories have been deployed Refining and adding fidelity to technical and non-technical feature documentation Proactively communicating with domain and delivery teams to answer questions and adjust tickets Coordinating with Product Managers to clarify questions and discuss any trade-offs that need their attention Writing detailed release notes for each release Verifying a sufficient level of testing by external suppliers Verifying deliverables meet the team Definition of Done Validating feature acceptance once verification is complete Leading handovers to Tech Success Collaborating with Product Managers and Adoption and Change to plan benefits reviews, training and communications Qualifications Skills and Experience The successful candidate should demonstrate: 2+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst Experience across a variety of business areas within the same or comparable industries to Third Bridge – familiarity with industry workflows, challenges and issues Strong communication and relationship management skills Proven track record in solution capture and design Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure Proven experience of consistently planning a business analysis approach for complex situations Experience in proposing and implementing structured processes Proficiency in agile software development frameworks Additional Information The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the country they are applying We know that to be truly innovative, we need to have a diverse team around us.
