Who are we looking for? We now have an opportunity for Business Development Manager to join our SAS team.

The role of Business Development Manager for SAS is to be the expert for Die Attach technologies and applications related to break through strategic initiatives and use that knowledge and expertise to drive business in close collaboration with the sales teams.

Furthermore, this role coordinates all activities with Standard Die Attach LOB and Applications centers to win the business.

What will you be doing?   •To drive the creation, implementation, and execution of the G-China business development strategy, by working closely with business units, SA, Sales management team in alignment with company growth strategies.

•Become and maintain the expert on Die Attach products to be able to drive the sales of these products in Semicoductor Assembly market, customer, or application segments based on deep technical insights.

•Takes the lead in driving, coordinating, prioritizing and supporting sales opportunities and together LOB decides and sales.

•Be the main contact person/interface between the region and the line of business, specifically regarding our breakthrough strategic initiatives.

•Be the trusted advisor for customers building long term relationships along with the sales teams.

•Drive and support the value sell of our solutions and translate that to real customer value.

•Advice, supports with, and addresses customer qualification and implementation issues for the Die Attach Products.

•Where needed train selected salespeople on the “how to sell” of Die Attach products/technologies with focus on recognizing opportunities and the value that our solutions bring.

•Leverage the sales teams to generate sales leads and expand the customer base, markets and/or applications.

•Continuously works on developing self and others in the best interest of the company.

  Who are You? •Engineering degree, at minimum bachelor in Chemicals, Mechanics, Electronics, Material Science or equivalent •10 years working experience of which at least 3 years in a comparable or commercial role besides 7 years of technical expertise.

•Proven track record of commercial successes based on deep technical/technology insights.

•Have ≥ 4 years working experience relates to Die Attach products or process.

Previous working experience as R& D or TS roles for Die Attach products is preferred.

Ex-working experience as Die Attach process engineers from main semiconductor IDM or OSAT is also preferred.
