Client Services - Onsite Refresh Technician Shanghai, China (On-Site) Role Purpose: To manage and execute daily refresh deployments and peripheral swaps for PCs and i Devices (i Phone, i Pad), ensuring a seamless transition for users.

To provide exceptional support and communication to enhance the user experience during the refresh process.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain deployment schedules as planned and complete projects within timelines.

Follow established processes for asset management and support.

Install and support hardware and peripherals for PCs and i Devices.

Troubleshoot hardware issues related to PCs and i Devices, both remotely and face-to-face.

Manage asset inventory, including the removal of old devices and returning them to stock.

Be self-motivated and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Perform additional tasks and reporting as required.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and i OS.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook Calendar, and Share Point.

Ability to read and understand technical manuals and procedural documentation.

Experience in a team-oriented environment with a strong customer service focus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and management.
