We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Planning and Insight Manager to join our team in the APAC region.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the development and execution of commercial planning and strategies across the region.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather market insights, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations for data-driven business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: Collaborate with the APAC Commercial Planning and Insights team to conduct market research, analyze customer and competitor trends, and identify growth opportunities in the APAC region.

Strategy Development: Support the development of commercial strategies and go-to-market plans for new products and services.

Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to generate insights and recommendations for optimizing sales and marketing initiatives.

Reporting: Assist in the preparation of business performance reports, presentations, and narrative briefs for senior leadership.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather market intelligence and perform competitive analysis.

Who You Are: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Demonstrated interest in business through coursework, professional experience, or internships.

2+ years of experience in consulting, market research, or business analytics.

Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the science and lab solutions industry is a plus.

Language: Fluent in English and an additional foreign language.
