Overview
The Senior Culture Consultant is a strategic thought leader responsible for driving and shaping the organization’s culture to align with its business objectives. This role will be instrumental in designing and executing a comprehensive culture transformation plan that fosters a entrepreneurial, innovative, high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workforce.
Responsibilities
●Develop and implement a holistic culture strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals and vision.
●Identify and define key cultural pillars that will drive business transformation.
●Design and execute a comprehensive culture transformation plan, including leadership development, policy/process optimization, employee engagement programs, and people metrics.
●Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to define culture priorities and ensure alignment.
●Conduct thorough culture assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.
●Develop and implement change management strategies to support culture transformation initiatives.
●Measure and track culture metrics to assess progress and ROI.
●Foster a culture of entrepreneurship, innovation, collaboration, and employee engagement.
●Provide strategic guidance and coaching to leaders at all levels.
●Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in culture and organizational development.
Qualifications
●Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
●Minimum of 10 years of experience in culture transformation, organizational development, or leadership development.
●Proven track record of successfully leading culture initiatives in a complex, global organization.
●Deep understanding of organizational culture, leadership, and change management principles.
●Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
●Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
●Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
●Consulting experience in a global company or consulting firm.
●Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
●Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
