Job Description We are seeking an experienced QM/PP RBDO Consultant to join our Data Workstream for a leading pharmaceutical company.

This role focuses on the Production Planning (PP) module with a sub-area of Quality Management (QM).

The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven solutions within the PP/QM modules, ensuring the seamless integration of these processes across the company’s operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements within the PP and QM modules.

Develop, configure, and support the PP and QM modules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Drive the data workstream by ensuring accurate and timely data management, cleansing, and migration activities related to production planning and quality management.

Lead the implementation of end-to-end solutions in PP and QM, ensuring successful integration with other SAP modules.

Provide expert advice on process improvements, system configuration, and optimization within the PP/QM landscape.

Support post-go-live activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing system enhancements.

Conduct training and knowledge transfer to end-users and internal teams to promote self-sufficiency.

Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations, particularly regarding quality assurance and data integrity.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience as an SAP consultant with strong expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).

Proven experience in data management within the SAP environment, particularly in data migration, cleansing, and validation.

Hands-on experience in S/4 HANA implementations, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.

Strong understanding of Gx P and other regulatory requirements for the pharmaceutical industry.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
