Job Description Financial planning and reporting tasks: Generation of actual data, e.g.

Profit and Loss calculation Analyze business result of past, track and evaluate the ongoing business activities, forecast the business result and chance & risk.

Give the management the business overview and suggestion to management to optimize the cost resources to achieve the business target.

Collection, processing and consolidation of data and reports for stakeholders Ensure on time delivery and quality of data and reports (Standard RB-reporting, Organizational-specific reporting) Creation and testing of standard reports and process optimization.

Key user of financial IT-systems, e.g.

first level support for user requests, testing of system (upgrades), recommendation of report structure / data availability Qualifications Efficiently carries out routine tasks of standard reporting (data collection, data validation, plausibility check, report generation) Responsible for standard reporting process (e.g.

MBR, CF, BP) Plant KPI dashboards creation and visualize data for further analysis and management review.

Improves and automates financial processes.

Information exchange and communicate / discuss with headquarter, other GB/plants and internal business partners.

Conducts ad hoc requirements.
