About the Team
We are looking for a new colleague at our location at Zhuahai.
What you can look forward to as a Customer Quality Engineer: Claim management -manage customer complaints, leading problem solving process:immediate feedback to customer, install containment actions at supply chian to avoid customer escalation, coordiate root casue analysis and counter measure development and installation, reiew quality of 8 D review, present 8 D towards customer as necessary.
PPAP documents collection, review and submission.
Customer satisfaction monitoring and improvement.
Customer specific requirement identification and implementation internally.
Deviation requests application and if necessary follow up to have in time customer approval.
Your profile as a Customer Quality Engineer: Master or bachelor degree or same level educated.
Machine manufacturing, electrical technic or mechatronic.
Good in oral and written English.
Min. 3-5 years customer management experience on machining/ stamping/forging/electrical components.
Familiar with 5 core tools（APQP、FEMA、MSA、SPC、PPAP. Problem sloving ability： familiar 8 D，QC 7tools，5 Why. 6igma GB prefered.
