爱睿可猎聘 is looking for an enthusiastic Whole School Drama Teacher to join our esteemed international school in China. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an educator who is passionate about drama and eager to inspire students of all ages through the performing arts.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive drama curriculum that caters to all age groups across the school.
Engage students in diverse activities, including acting, directing, scriptwriting, and stage production.
Lead rehearsals and performances, fostering confidence and teamwork among students.
Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to guide their development in the arts.
Encourage collaboration with other subjects and staff to create interdisciplinary projects.
Participate in school events and community activities to enrich the school's cultural environment.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree, especially prefer major in Drama, Theatre Arts, Education, or a related field.
Teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) is preferred.
At least 1 years of teaching experience in drama or performing arts across various age groups.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students.
A passion for the performing arts and a commitment to nurturing students' artistic talents.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
