ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (R& D) Full Time Beijing With Professional Experience 4/14/25 Contact person Julen Aierdi Global Recruitment Coordinator The position To specify and elaborate the technical requirements, drawings and documentation for a new proptotype in order to assure a smooth sourcing, procurement, assembly, testing and final product release in compliance with product specifications and budget.

Main responsibilities Evaluate the electrical feasibility analysis based on the new product development requirements table.

Decompose each stage of new product development work and develop a development plan.

Write electrical BOM, EPLAN drawings, and in charge of or assist program development.

Ensure designs are according technical specifications, standards and best engineering practices.

Ensure quality and cost efficiency in designing solutions.

Align with sales, manufacturing, purchasing, production, quality assurance and other relevant functions in order to meet in and external requirements.

Maintain a reliable and up to date administration and efficient use of professional tools.

Ensure availability of design and test documentation, technical manual, Quality and test system requirements.

Produce output materials: archive and output standard program blocks, drawings, BOM tables; Archiving of test data and test reports; Archiving of operation manual and product manual; Debugging history archiving.

Ensure the compliance with quality, safety, environmental rules and regulations.

Qualifications and requirements Bachelor degree in electrical engineering related major, master is preferred.

3+ years of relevant experience.

Familiar with EPLAN/Solid Edge/Auto CAD.

Master the basic knowledge of electronic components (such as controllable silicon, IGBT and other power devices, power inductors, transformers, etc.) and circuits; SAP or other ERP software experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
