What You Will Do
1. Provide professional and technical support in operation project:
o Drive high impact improvement project.
o Identify high value continual improvement opportunities.
o Advise on project scope definition, and financial justifications;
o Facilitate project improvementby application of LSS tools & methodology.
o Building strong partnership with operation team
o Best practice sharing among Molex plants.
2. Schedule and implement operation daily management activities.
o Improve operation standardization and stabilization by standard work and digital visual management.
o Develop training schedule for cell leader to improve manage skill.
o Coach area leader to execute and optimize Gemba and Huddle activities.
3. Any other duties that are assigned as and when required or deemed necessary for
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
1. A basic university degree in either science or engineering.
2. Certified GB qualification.
3. At least 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
4. Experience in service environment is an added advantage.
5. Must be able to work with all levels of employees in the factory, and possess good facilitating and people skills.
6. At least 2 years hands-on experience in Lean and or Six Sigma activities (both training and project levels).
7. Good operation experience in application software such as MS Excel, and statistical software such as Minitab.
8. Good communication and presentation skill.
9. Good command of English and Chinese language (both written and verbal).
