Set up the KPI and goals for engineering departments.

Timely review the goals and status with the team members.

  Manage the activities of engineers and/or technicians.

Make sure the engineering work compliant with company direction and requirements.

Evaluate the performance of subordinates.

Coach and develop engineering personnel.

  Lead the New Product Development projects.

Ensure the projects are completed on time, with the right quality and cost.

Lead the coordination of ECNs.

  Process optimization Use industrial engineering methods to analyze the production process, identify bottlenecks and waste links, and propose improvement plans.

Responsible for developing and optimizing standard operating procedures to improve production efficiency and quality.

Participate in the planning and design of new production lines to ensure efficient layout and smooth operation of production lines.

  Time research and standard working hours formulation Conduct time studies to determine operation time and standard working hours to provide basis for production planning and personnel arrangement.

Analyze operation actions to eliminate unnecessary action waste and improve operation efficiency.

Regular assessment and update of standard working hours to ensure their accuracy and reasonableness.

  Production line balance and efficiency improvement Perform balance analysis on the production line, optimize personnel and equipment configuration, and improve the overall efficiency of the production line.

Promote the implementation of lean production concept, organize lean improvement activities, and reduce production costs.

Assist the production department to solve the problems in the production process and improve the stability and reliability of production.

  Cost control and resource management Analyze the composition of production costs and find opportunities and ways to reduce costs.

Responsible for equipment and tooling selection and evaluation, improve equipment utilization and reduce maintenance costs.

Reasonable arrangement of production resources, improve resource utilization, reduce waste.

  Data analysis and reporting Collect and analyze production data, such as output, quality, man-hours, etc., to provide decision support to management.

Prepare industrial engineering related reports, such as efficiency analysis reports, cost control reports, etc.

To track and evaluate the effect of improvement measures, and timely feedback on the results.

  Collaborate with the sales team to communicate with customers effectively.
