The Impact You’ll Make in this Role Supporting SIBG, the Executive Assistant will provide professional and confidential support to the Group head (and the Leadership Team).
The successful candidate will possess strong organizing abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and global systems, show independence and initiative supporting various processes both daily interactions and project interactions.
The individual will be proactive and assertive in anticipating the needs of the team and responsive in interacting with other executive assistants and executives.

Here, you will make an impact by: Proactively anticipating work needs of executives supported Scheduling and supporting on- and off-site meetings, video conferences and teleconferences and making necessary arrangements to set up meeting space Creating and/or compiling meeting materials including agendas, pre-read material, presentations, surveys, and meeting summaries Interpreting and administering corporate policies and procedures Supporting paperless office environment using Microsoft One Note and Microsoft Teams Performing administrative duties such as coordinating travel, managing calendars, reviewing, and routing incoming correspondence, maintaining organization charts, preparing, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, database management, tracking and monitoring budgets, and preparing reports Assists in preparation and editing of presentations and documents Maintaining teams Share Point sites, Microsoft Teams sites, templates, etc.
Processing expense reports and system approvals Maintaining highlight sensitive and confidential information Oversees general office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, etc.
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3 M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
Two (2) years of combined experience in an administrative assistant function, secretarial, and/or clerical role in a private, public, government environment
