Finance and Accounting
Organizes, supervises, and controls the accounting activities including MEC (month-end closing) and YEC (year-end closing), reviews accounting results and reporting prepared by Asia SSC. Ensures compliance with finance and accounting policies & procedures as set forth by Franke, IFRS and local regulation. Oversee credit control, invoicing, accounts receivable and cash collection activities. Coordinate with Asia SSC, Corporate Treasury for relevant treasury actions. Ensure full compliance on tax and statutory reporting. Co-ordinate with Global Tax, group controller and external consultants on all tax and transfer price matters as required. Organize and controls customs and VAT business processes and audits. Coordinate the audit activities with internal auditor and external audit firms. Controlling and Reporting
Monitor business performance against expectations (budget/forecast). Analyzing/Controlling revenue, net margin, and cost (SG&A). Increase management benefit of controlling insights while reducing organizational costs. Lead the budgeting and forecasting function. Business support/partner
Provide commercial & analytical support to business’ decision making. Facilitate business strategy process. Work with sales personnel and customers to resolve credit issues on commercially acceptable basis. Keen to know coffee system business and value. From financial point of view, proactively play as supporting role in business relationship and activities of distributor and/or key accounts.
Requirements
Bachelor or above, Major of Finance or Accounting or Economics Good communication both Chinese and English, Powerful enough to manage pressures. 10 years working experience and 5 years related experience, Fin management experience in MNC, trading business experience is pus, expert knowledge on FP&A, commercial FIN. Profound knowledge of accounting and controlling methodologies, policies and procedures and tools with respective track records. Excellent analytical and numerical abilities. Can easily pose future scenarios and discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues. Strong ability to think strategically and to break down strategic priorities into tangible action plans: ability to provide clear focus and guidance in a complex environment. Problem solving can uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions. Adheres to an appropriate and effective set of core values and beliefs and acts in line the core values and high integrity. Mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with senior level company executives.
