Overview As an Associate Director in the SAP Service Implementation practice, you will lead and manage multiple client engagements, driving the delivery of high-quality advisory services.

You will play a critical role in business development by working on prospective client opportunities and actively promoting our services in the marketplace.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring client satisfaction, adhering to KPMG's Powered Enterprise methodology and standards, and developing and mentoring the team assigned to your engagements.

Key Responsibilities1.

Client Engagement Management- Lead and Manage consulting Projects: Oversee a team of professionals to deliver top-tier consulting projects, focusing on identifying performance and process improvement opportunities for clients.- Project Management: Effectively manage multiple simultaneous engagements, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Monitor and control project financials, ensuring alignment with overall financial targets.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.- Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and design customized SAP solutions that align with their strategic objectives.- Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring adherence to best practices, industry standards, and the firm's methodology.- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful project outcomes.

Business Development- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities within the SAP ecosystem, including the promotion of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Cloud solutions, and other emerging technologies.- Proposal Development: Lead the creation of detailed proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of SAP solutions to potential clients.- Sales Leadership: Drive business growth by leveraging existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities to expand the SAP advisory service offerings.

And support partners in organizing and delivering SAP Consulting-related marketing events, positioning KPMG as a thought leader in the market- Practice Growth: Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of growth initiatives within the SAP consulting practice, including the development of new service offerings and go-to-market strategies.3.

Team Leadership and Development- Mentorship and Coaching: Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development support to SAP consultants and project teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.- Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects, ensuring that teams are adequately staffed and equipped to meet client demands.- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of project teams, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high levels of productivity and engagement.4.

Technical Expertise and Innovation- SAP Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP technologies, including SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and industry-specific SAP solutions , High-Tech Industry, CPG, Industry Manufacturing, Auto, Life Science, Energy, and chemical.- Innovation and Best Practices: Stay current with the latest developments in SAP technologies and methodologies, and incorporate innovative approaches into project delivery.- Thought Leadership Contribute to the firm's thought leadership in SAP by publishing articles, speaking at industry events, and sharing insights with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

A Master's degree is preferred.- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in SAP consulting, including significant experience leading SAP implementation projects.

Experience in managing complex, multi-phase SAP programs is highly desirable.- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and other key SAP modules.

Familiarity with SAP Model Company and pre-configured industry solutions is a plus.-Certifications: SAP S/4 HANA Certification is A plus.

Additional certifications in SAP modules or project management (, PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire project teams, manage client relationships, and drive successful outcomes in a consulting environment.- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Language Proficiency: **: Intermediate proficiency in English is required.
