About the role: The GL accounting/tax manager works with different parties within and outside Nexperia for daily accounting activities and ensure the accounting records & Statutory/Tax filing are reliable, accurate, timely and with high quality.

What you will do: Manage the accounting team and motivate the team to perform Month End Closing & complete the accounting tasks Work on global projects for process improvements Coordinate with site controller / HR manager / treasury /Finance controller/ SSC / auditors Online banking approval for payments (payroll, tax, travelling expenses, P2 P)Perform internal control, CSOX / compliance (Monthly)Prepare quarterly Cashflow forecast (RFF) and Bi-weekly cash forecast Optimize reporting process and internal control Responsible for VAT & Income tax & other tax submission and payment Coordinate annual statutory reporting and tax filing as well as other legal requirements on sites PRC Reports review Internal and external statutory/tax audit Accounting procedure What you will need:1）Hard Skills: At least 7 years of relevant commercial experience Knowledge of SAP, SAP ECC6 or S4 is preferred Good knowledge & Experience in IFRS & China GAAPPRC Tax knowledge Proficient in both spoken & written English to ensure good and clear communication with stakeholders.2）Soft Skills: Able to work under stress and meet deadlines Leadership Skills and Competence to motivate others to make improvements Able to work in cross cultural teams Likes to work in a dynamic business environment and ready to change where required A Team player Good management skills Pro-active & great enthusiasm and ambition Works accurately and organized3）Job Specifications: University degree in Finance and /or Accounting Auditing experience / Member of professional association is a plus PRC tax experience Sound accounting knowledge, previous working experiences in multinational companies is preferred Experience required: 7 years’ or more Experience in financial accounting / Management accounting /tax accounting/auditing etc Talent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
